How many times have I heard someone say they dread taking photos? It’s a lot! Does that sound familiar? It’s super common for Moms to dread having to force their kids and husband to participate in a family photo session. I don’t want that for you! My client experience is geared around making this process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Before we even decide on a date for your session, I will send you a client questionnaire. This is full of questions to help me get to know you better and allows me to learn exactly what you are looking for from your session. It’s important to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Photography is a big investment and I want to be sure you are getting exactly what you want out of this experience.

Included with your session, I will send you an Exclusive Session Prep Guide with all my tips on how to prepare for your session along with what to expect along the way. It also includes outfit tips (yay!) and I am always available to help look at clothing options and give you my opinion on what will photography best.

Leading up to your session, I will stay in contact with you to provide updates on any weather issues and make sure you know exactly where and when to meet for your session. After your AMAZING session then I follow up with your online gallery full of beautiful images that you can download directly to your computer or phone. A print release is included in all sessions or you can choose to print from my professional lab which makes a huge difference in your prints.

The biggest tool that helps me stay organized is my Customer Relationship Manager (or CRM) Dubsado. As soon as you reach out to me to discuss your session, I enter you into my CRM to keep track of our entire relationship. Every piece of information you tell me is important and I don’t want to make you have to tell me things twice! Photography is a creative art and with that often comes disorganization and misunderstandings on the business side of things. But with Dubsado I can stay organized and focused on YOU.
