As a Frisco Lifestyle Photographer, I have a special appreciation for photos of babies and young kids. Those early years are the time when our kids change the most. Nothing is more true than the saying ‘The days are long but the years are short”. I feel this as a soon-to-be Mom of three young boys.

I am in the waiting game as we prepare for our third baby to arrive any day now. As a distraction, I have been looking back at all my newborn photo sessions for 2021 and the families I was able to work with as their Frisco lifestyle photographer. I seriously have the best client in the world!

The thing I hate most about going to the hospital for a new baby’s birth… I know that my other kids will look years older the next time I see them. There is something about bringing a tiny new baby into your home that makes everyone else seem so big. I vividly remember this when my second son was born and being shocked at how old my oldest son looked holding his baby brother.

My soon-to-be middle child is the most cuddly loving little boy and he still gives me all the baby feels. But I know he is going to look so old next to his new baby brother! I just hope he shares his big bear hugs with the baby.
