Answering all Your Questions | Dallas Mini Sessions for Fall 2021

  1. Can I bring my pets?
YES! Dogs are the perfect addition to your outdoor mini session and they are also allowed in the studio as well. If your mini session is at your home, it is even easier to include all your pets.

  1. How many pictures do I receive?
Your 20-30 minute mini session includes 15 digital images. You will be able to download the images directly from your online gallery approximately 2-3 weeks after the session. Your gallery will include about 30 total images for you to choose from or you can upgrade to purchase the entire gallery.

  2. Are mini sessions good for maternity photos?
Absolutely! Mini sessions are perfect for maternity photos. I also offer a discount on your newborn photos when you book multiple sessions! Ask me for more details.

  3. Why aren’t there any outdoor weekend options on the schedule?
Fall is crazy busy for photographers and family photos. Many of the best locations get super crowded on the weekend. Meeting during the week allows you to have a much more relaxed and personal experience without the crowds. If you would like to schedule outdoor photos on the weekend, I have a few weekends reserved for full family sessions. Inquire about a full session here.

  4. We have family visiting. Can we bring them to a mini session?
Mini sessions are best for immediate family with under 5 family members. If we are adding in grandparents or extended family members, a full 1 hour session is the best option. You will want the extra time for everyone to feel comfortable together and you’ll definitely want the extra photos in your gallery!

  5. Why can’t mini sessions be used for newborn photos?
Newborns are so unpredictable, 20 minutes is really not enough time to create a good experience for your family. A newborn session should be calm and relaxed with no rush. We include time for feedings and diaper changes. We want your baby to feel as comfortable as possible and let them take the lead on our schedule.
