Hilton Head Island in South Carolina has always been a special place for our family. My husband’s grandparents retired to the island and he started spending summers there in elementary school. I joined the family trips when we started dating in high school. Now we own a family beach house close to the water and usually take two trips per year to South Carolina!

This year was made extra special because one of our best friends has also been visiting Hilton Head since he was a kid! Their family also goes every year and we have been able to meet there with all our kids and extended family for 2 years in a row. It is so much fun!
